See you on 10 May for the Vendée Globe closing ceremony

On Saturday 10th May, the town of Les Sables d'Olonne will be witnessing one last great Vendée Globe moment before the 2028 edition.

6.30pm - 8pm French time // NAUTICAL PARADE

The skippers will pass through the legendary channel in a great nautical parade. This time, it won't be on board their IMOCA boats, but on shared boats, specially set up for the occasion. A festive moment to applaud them, celebrate them, and share with them the magic of this adventure!

10.30pm // EVENING SHOW

The night will be lit up with a grandiose show combining 1,000 drones and fireworks ( launched from the end of the channel). A premiere in Les Sables to celebrate this 10th edition of the Vendée Globe in style. The best place to enjoy the show is from the waterfront.
