ON THE WATER
The race organisation strongly advises boaters not to watch the arrivals of competitors at sea, especially at night. Even if all necessary precautions are taken, the weather conditions can be difficult at this time of year, with rough seas. In addition, the manoeuvres of the IMOCA 60s can be unpredictable as they approach the finish line. However, as the sea is an area of freedom, it is not possible to prohibit access. For those who would still like to go afloat, it is imperative to strictly respect the safety instructions and not to approach within 60 meters of the boats to guarantee the safety of all.
